Its not too late yet....You will get H1 extension beyond 6 yrs if you meet one of the below conditions:
-- labor certification is pending for 365 days ---(This is not applicable to you)
-- I-140 is approved -- (You have a chance with this option)
Apply asap for labor certification. With the PERM process it usually takes 2-3 months to get it certified. Then you can apply for I-140 in Premium Processing and get it certified within 15 days.
Make sure you hire a good attorney and push to get the 2 stages cleared fast. Then you can file for H1 extension and get a 3 yr extension with approved I-140.

this is my first post, so please bear with me ..How can a novice know that this forum is for EB category ? small suggestion to iv team, a small iv admin fix...
can typing immigrationvoice.org take us all to "ebimmigrationvoice.org" or eb-legal-immigrationvoice.org" ? (eg. ibnlive.com takes you to ibnlive.in.com) In that way eventually everybody will know its a eb immigration voice and no other legal immigrants forums..

I am wondering if there is any legal ground to force DOS to disclose visa usage each month. Obviously DOS has been playing this number game in a super conservative approach, which will definitely cause large amount of numbers to be wasted this year.

This is simply called pure selfishness.
The problem he is talking about is not a widespread one and never heard of, other than may be for one or two people in this forum (one may be nk2006; sorry that it happened to you).
Even if it had happened to one or two exceptional cases, it can be rectified as it is a simple error from the part of USCIS. This is not a major thing to waste IV resources. This is not a serious immigration issue.
The way nk2006 misused IV resources for such a simple personal issue is unpardonable .
Knowing that there are such people among 'highly educated' is disheartening.

I am not talking monetory part but activeness. If you are not contributing, you should not care about organization resource right?

All that matters for the french is your stamping, if your passport stamping is valid(even if you are not on that visa anymore), you dont need. If your stamping expired, you need a transit visa, and you need to go in person for the french transit visa, which is not needed for german and british transit visa.

I feel your pain. Here is my advice. Talk to your local Senator. I have been in contact with my local senator since Nov 2008. Finally, i got my I485 approved on 10th Feb, yet to receive cards though.
My senator, the longest serving in the senate history, contacted at least 3 times with USCIS, as recent as Jan 28th. So just take their help, dont even hesitate.

As far as i know PF is controlled by the central government, TCS will not have any say in you withdrawing your money. Generally there is an upto 15% match from the company in your account, and that is yours the moment it is deposited in your account. You should not have any problems withdrawing your money. Your money is yours. Some companies deposit PF monies quarterly, small companies deposit it annually, in those cases you might be screwed if you company did not deposit the money in your account.

I filed for my EAD in August, got an approval for EAD (2 yrs) and AP for one yr but no FP notice. What should I do

I got the same email like you later in the day today. 485 is not in the USCIS office where it was transferred. Hopefully they will work on our cases soon.
